It’s about six years since the “The Mission’s Talent” and now there are new Talents in Tellus’s (Earth’s) part of of the Galaxy.

The Solar Alliance has collapsed and both Russia and China have broken the terms of leases for the power sources of Flitters and starships.

Unfortunately Earth is rejecting not just Caemorian culture but all Off-worlders. The Inch College in Ireland is Earth’s last chance.
